Global Chess Launched, Target is Promoting Chess
President of the FIDE Kirsan Ilyumzhinov and Mr. Bessel Kok formally announced the inauguration of Global Chess BV. After the finalization of the licence agreement with FIDE, Global Chess is will begin working on World Class Chess tournaments (including the next world championship cycle). The investments are going to be evaluated in order to promote the game of chess.
The chairman of the company is going to be Mr.Bessel Kok and CEO of the Company is going to be Mr.Geoffrey Borg.
Turkish Chess Federation enthusiastically welcomes the new company and wishes good luck to the members of the company.
