Women's National Team Camp in Slovenia

  

Women's National Team Camp took place in Maribor, Slovenia between July 22-29. The players attending the camp are WIM Zehra Topel, WIM Betül Cemre Yıldız, WFM Kübra Öztürk and WFM Aslı Bayrak, who are already experienced members of the national team are accompanied by younger players Gözde Deniz Altunkeser and Emel Kaya. The first match ended as a draw while Slovenia won the second round match 3.5 - 2.5. In the Rapid Matches 11:5 and 5.5:2.5.

The National Team is working with GM Adrian Mikhalchishin and accompanied by TCF Board Member the Manager of the National Teams Özgür Solakoğlu. Apart from the technical and physical training Turkey is going to play rapid and slow time control training matches against the respectful Slovenian National Women's Team which took the ninth place in the last Olympiad. Also, IM Tadei Sakalsek is going to perform a clocked simultaneous exhibition.
