Socko and Kuzubov Shared the First Place with 5.5
43rd Rubinstein Memorial took place in Polanica Zdroj. After an exciting final round GM Socko and GM Kuzubov shared the first place with 5.5 points. Atalık lost his first and the last game against Polish youngster GM Bartel while he had drawn in the previous rounds. GM Suat Atalık was playing in the 2007 edition of Rubinstein Memorial in Polanica Zdroj between 17-26 August 2007. The co-top seed of the event is GM Socko(2641) but GM Sutovsky and GM Tomashevsky are replaced by younger GMs World Junior Champion Zaven Andrasian and GM Yuri Kuzubov from Turkish League Champion Beşiktaş.
