After Rounds 12 and 13 Vishwanathan Anand is still leading with a one point gap. In Round 12, Gelfand and Kramnik won against Aronian and Leko respectively. In Round 13, Anand gained a draw against Grischuk in a rook ending with a pawn down but still managed to draw.

Gelfand, drawing against Kramnik finished his opponent's slight hopes of defending the title. Anand, now having 8.5 points is facing Leko in the final round and a draw would be enough for Madras Tiger to become the new world champion. While the only chance for veteran of the event, Gelfand is beating Morozevich with black pieces and pray for Anand to lose. You can find the crosstable, final round pairings and the summary of round 12 at the link below.
